About

Dr. Li, a radio astronomer, is currently a Chair Professor of Tsinghua University and the Chief Scientist of the FAST telescope (former) operated by the NAOC. He leads the Radio Astronomy Laboratory in the Department of Astronomy, Tsinghua University and the Interstellar Medium and Star Formation Group in NAOC.

He is also the PI of CRAFTS , the Commensal Radio Astronomy FAST Survey.
